Good for you

News and information that’s good for you, Chicago.

Goods to come

Here’s a peak at some of the topics Good will be following in the posts to come …

Chicago 2016: good or bad?
Good will post about the different ways Chicago communities would be affected by an Olympic bid. Chicagoans have come out strongly in favor of and strongly against the 2016 bid and we’ll look at what each group has to say.

Farmers’ Markets
… are coming back! All those fresh veggies are not only good for you, they’re also good for local farmers.  Good will find out what to get, when to get it, and why.  We’ll also look at the pros and cons of getting your produce at the farmers’ market instead of at the grocery store, especially when you’re strapped for cash.

Transit Developments
There’s no question that public transit is the greener transit option, but Chicago’s transit agencies don’t always make it easy. Good will post on news from the CTA, Pace, and Metra; the status of current fare hike proposals; and what the chances of the Metra adopting a Metra credit card really are.

With Spring (finally?) on the way, Good will also look at developments on the cyclist and pedestrian fronts. Here are links to more information on Chicago transit issues:
